if you are having pain in morning when u get up and then as the day pass it get milder then you must be having night grinding problem, visit your nearest dentist for same.
You should visit a dentist for a proper clinical evaluation so that the exact cause of your discomfort can be ascertained. One or more xrays might also be required for this. A tentative opinion would be that your wisdom tooth is giving you the trouble and might require extraction.
