Yes in x-ray it will be cleared how deep is caries..if d decay hs reached d pulp ..it goes fr root canal

X-ray will not show exactly what is going on now.. it shows a bit behind schedule.. pain brings a patient to the doctor but only ur dentist can tell what is happening inside ur tooth even when there is no pain!

Normally it is not difficult to see pulpal involvement in an xray if it is of good quality and not blurred. Digital X rays are better in this regard. Otherwise, vitality tests of the teeth can be done to ascertain which of the teeth is non vital and requires root canal treatment. Regards.
