Tooth and Mouth Problems

Ever since I was a child, I have bitten my upper lip when I am anxious. Due to this, my upper lip has become permanently enlarged and swollen. When i bite it, it seems li have balls in my lip and i can feel something like a heartbeat. It is not really noticeably except when I smile or when I try to perk my lips. Is there anyway to make my lips normal again?

Constant pain in gums from last 3-4days. Going upto ear and headache as well.

When I was a child(1 year old), I had a simple accident with a small wound in my lower lip. I did not go to a doctor at the time. The wound was wound up but resulted in an increase in the volume of the lower lip and now I am 21 years old and the lower lip is large in size because of that accident and there is a trace of the wound .. Is there cosmetic surgery that treats this defect?
