Histopathology report after a biopsy is considered as confirmatory diagnosis. So it will be best if you visit a hospital with an oncology unit and get the treatment started as soon as possible.
If you are doubtful about the report you can always take a second opinion from some other oral pathologist. But for that you will be required to collect the slide of the biopsy from the previous histopathology centre. And actually as such you will be requiring that slide when you visit a hospital because they will also double check the report before starting the treatment.
