Tooth and Mouth Problems

I hv been suffering from toothache for last 1month. Even after drinking a cup of water entire teeth pains a lot. Too sensitive feeling. One teeth is broken in upper jaw. But pain is in entire teeth. Please advise.

Actually m having 1 infacted teeth which is badly infacted by germ now its paining more.so can I remove it without too much pain and in quick time as well.after that what I have to take precautions. Does giving anesthesia more suitable for it.what will be the charges for it

I have one upper anterior crossbite and one lower crossbite, teeth are crowded,no overbite or underbite ,just those two teeths .it's not much noticeable,i need to fix these two teeths as they might get me rejected in army medicals,i will get 42 days after rejection to fix this issue,is it possible,when i go again to the hospital,they should be in proper place,though after that i can wear braces etc for another 4-5 month till joining.

From what I can tell I have a wisdom tooth coming in, when I feel with my tongue I can feel flesh that is pulling away and when I feel with my finger I can feel what I think is my wisdom tooth. But I've noticed today that there is a black blood like spot that is not painful at all unlike the wisdom tooth. I have a video for you to see to get a more accurate opinion
