The clinical diagnosis of this problem is temporomandibular dysarthrosis. X-rays called as TMJ view (in open and close positions) will be required to assess the damage that is already happened on the bone and accordingly supportive therapies can be recommended.

Hi you are suffering from Temperomandibular joint disorder ..now just clicking present but over the period of time click will be reduced but opening and closing of jaw becomes painful ..have soft diet for 10 days hot foamentation in region of jaw
