Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have done my tooth scaling 10 days ago. Bt today my gum started bleeding again. Plz help me

One month before i have pain in my upper right 7 then i took med for 7 days and after that my pain went gone and now i have mild pain in any of my teeth and it last only for 2 to 3 seconds and when i dont drink tea then i feel pain nowhere. I am sending a recent x ray of my teeth. Please tell me i would i do because the pain is only for seconds.

From last 1week I am experiencing sudden sensitivity when I eat anything little cold or hot. The sensitivity is very severe and last Friday few seconds.

Got Extraction->surgical extraction (horizontal or position c bony) done on 23rd Sep 2017.Maximum of the swelling got reduced but there is small swell /lump at the area where surgery happened.Is it common or any blood clot. Since yesterday night (28th sep 2017) i am having pain in the extracted area which is bearable but still not getting reduced even after taking pain killers.
