You might be having multiple problems at the same time but one thing is for sure that your gums are inflamed and you need to see a dentist so that cleaning of the teeth can be done to rectify that problem. Other problems can be diagnosed during that check up so that appropriate treatment can be suggested for those problems also. Regards.
Next Steps
delaying the treatment can cause Irreversible damage to the Gum and bone support of the teeth making them mobile, and you are too young to be losing a tooth to periodontitis.

Firstly dont worry about this ..... secondly , the gums are swollen bcz of calculus* and plaque present in between gums and tooth which is leading to tendeness or pain as well as bleeding through gums . This can be easily treated by a procedure called scaling and polishing. Mainly this occurs in lower teeth due to accumulation of salaiva and food particles .
Next Steps
Since calculus is already there , u will not be able to remove it by yourself so visit ur nearby dentist and get the cleaning procedure done and within 2 to 4 days ur gums will start getting healthier .
Health Tips
Calculus - presence of food particles for a longer duration ( like months ) causes the formation of stone hard particles called as calculus
