Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi Last week weird thing happend. While eating lunch I realised that my face swelled from one side under the year and it lasted for an hour or so. This happend 3rice so far but  not it has stopped. Do u think I should get it treated. Does it relates to salivary gland Also when I eat, I sweat alot from scalp every for less or medium spicy food. This happens daily. And it is very annoying.. Please suggest. Thanks

I got my molar extraction surgery done today. Doctor has adviced me not to sleep on my sides but on my back. Problem is i cannot sleep on my back. 2 molar root stumps and 1 premolar extracted in the morning at 11. I was injected with anaesthetic doc said concentrated. Can i sleep on my side post 12 hrs
