Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am finding some extra flesh on my cheek near me wisdom tooth. My Wisdom Tooth has partially come out. That area is red and very painful. While Chewing it pains a lot, as that extra flesh comes between teeth.

Receding gums, loose teeth, frequent gum swelling, pain while eating, not able to chew peanuts

I recently had my teeth cleaned..but ever since I get severe pain in my teeth. Both my upper n lower teeth pain.. towards the left side of my jaw.. previously I had pain n hence I went to get my teeth cleaned up..this was the 1st time I visited a dentist. Now I don't know if this is normal or I need to visit the dentist again..what can be the cause..? The dentist told me my teeth are good with no cavities of any sort..kindly share your expertise.. TIA

It has to remove immediately but the tooth is not straight it is getting pain while removing so he stopped it and again gave medicine for pain for 2 days.what should I have to do now.may I come to Hyderabad and consult another doctor.
