Unfresh feeling in mouth post extraction
I had an upper molar tooth extraction 4 days back. Until yesterday I was very comfortable, but since this afternoon I’m feeling a slight pinch when I smile wide or talk too much. Also unfresh around the extraction spot and at times a salty taste. Is there anything to worry about?

Make sure you keep the area clean by rinsing your mouth after every meal. Do hot water gargles with salt a few times a day. If there is any sudden increase in pain or any swelling then consult your dentist for a check up as that could indicate infection
