Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hey i think i am suffering from Pyorrhoea. My gums are swollen and my teeth are having gaps

I have skin flap at both corners of my mouth. It is very small. Sometimes it is bitten by my tooth. What is this.

How to remove tonsil stones? I think this is the cause of my bad breath. I brush regularly and rinse after food also.

I'm getting liver problems since 2015 . Its 28th of October now . Agin got high sgpt and bilirubin . But now from 1 week . I am noticing swollen lower jaw . And swollen nerves in low jaw , that pains a bit . I had chronic sinusitis problem and pharyngitis also . Is this condition dangerous ?

I have had 2 of my pre molars removed from the top due to crowding and braces applied to correct my overbite.However, I have read that this treatment causes the facial aesthetics to be compromised and many people who have had the same type of extraction have gotten a flatter profile , an undesirable recessed chin and in some cases TMJ. Are there any alternative methods instead of moving my top teeth back to correct my bite even though I have already had the extractions done? Thank you.
