Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have mouth ulcer since a week, took bicausule and zytee gel. Still not cured a bit. One of the doctor suggested to consult dentist as it happens just beside the last teeth. Do I really need to consult a dentist? Please tell me the solution

I have never had a dental check up done. I have occasional sensitivity. Molars pain occasionally and on clinching teeth. So what could be possible problems with my teeth?

Hi I have a decay on my lower right third molar .I extracted second molar and did a RCT on first molar .first molar crown is connected by bridge to second molar Also I have an impacted premolar beneath the first molar teeth. I consulted two dentists who are providing contradictory opinions - one is asking to go for extraction of wisdom teeth .another is asking to go for RCT on wisdom tooth and asking to put a bridge on all three molars. Which is better ? If I go for extraction will my second molar get support? will there be any other impact because of extraction on other upper or lower teeth? Can a successful RCT be performed on the wisdom tooth ? If RCT can be performed can I just put a crown on wisdom teeth alone or do a bridge needs to be placed. Please tell me the best option Also please provide a valuable opinion on other teeth . I have two other upper teeths which are partly broken. Can RCT be done on those tee

I have tried to pick up my tooth by doctor but because of infection he didn't removed it now my cheeks are swollen on the tooth uper and lower....am not able to eat plz suggest me how to control it
