Tooth and Mouth Problems

My lower jaw wisdom teeth are growing which is causing a lot of pain as it has bruised my inner cheek skin

I have got mouth ulcers , due to which I am not able to eat properly. Please suggest any generic medicine for it.

What is fictional hyperkarotosis...... I seem to have a white spot at my wisdom teeth..... Due to impacted wisdom teeth I usually bite my checks... Havent visited dentist...... So these are the symptoms what is the problem?
