Regarding post and core
My anterior tooth bet cent n lat incisor being fractured where already composite has been done .Now I want to get crown done so,what material will be better according to u bcz post n core done by 2 type .I heard about fibre post or steel rod. Is All ceramic crown is better?I m also a Bds 2nd Yr student so worried about the quality of crown n how last long it will be .

Go for Zirconia Layered with emax. Or complete emax crown... Reason being beautiful esthetics. If you have deep bite go for zirconia as it can withstand more forces without fracturing.  Regarding life of crowns, it all depends on how good is your post and core done and if there proper ferrule and good Marginal fit of crown ur crowns may last long.

Avoid eating hard food from anterior teeth after the treatment.
