Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a mouth ulcer inside lip for more than 2 weeks but in the first 4-5 days it pains a lot while eating spicy food. My doctor saif that it is a mouth infection and he also gives some medicine dose for 5 days. Now after 2 weeks, the white patch on my ulcer removed and also not having pain while eating food and the size of ulcer also decreases but the stain on my ulcer is still not removing.. i also not have any symptoms so please tell me how could i remove my stain on ulcer otherwise i am fit

I have severe toothache.I don't have any cavities.The tooth is the left incisor from front in the upper jaw.I couldn't properly sleep in night because of it.I visited dentist yesterday and he said that I might have any sort of injury 2 years back.I remember,I had hit the upper jaw and had pain in the same tooth.The dentist has given medicines and has suggested to wait or otherwise if no relief ,RCT will be performed.The medicines give me relief only for 4-5 hours and after that the pain starts.

How much teeth is drilled by putting drilling machine on teeth for 2-5 sec i just want to know so that i can get a idea

My daughter age 5.5 year in his two teeth do cavity what we do now its ok or do root canal

She has devekoped cavity in her left bottom cannine. What should we do so that it does not spread to other teeth.

Due to wisdom tooth coming out,first it caused itchy ness in the gums which was intolerable now that it has swollen to such an extent that it is coming in between upper jaw tooth and lower jaw tooth any remedy would be great it is unbearable
