Sir, for an year the two side of my mouth is surround with white line and thick in two side of my mouth

Having pain in right bottom tooth at end for last one hour I have put sensodyne tooth Paist on it

Pain is not tolerable from last 2 days, not able to chew any kind of food....

There's a dead molar tooth, which cannot be seen however the last root of it which usually is under gums are still present and paining by now. It started somewhere in mid 2014, i didn't check on doctor for extraction, during this tenure the molar by itself broke and vanished. Now the root of it is still present. Concern is on swift extraction without any pain or fear.

Can anyone suggest a chemical solution or such way which dentists generally use for teeth cleaning and plaque removal instantly from teeth which we can purchase from medical store?

I threw up all day Sunday and my stomach acid burned the roof of my mouth. It is now Tuesday and I am still struggling with the pain. In addition to a raw mouth, I have been having jaw pains and toothaches. Is that a normal response to stomach acid as well?
