Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a 6mm gap between my two front teeth. Can I reduce it without braces. As I don’t think I can wear braces as I wear a partial denture in 3 teeth on one side of my mouth

Inside my mouth I have sandpaper and wrinkle like feeling. Have consulted physician, he has given me b complex and other medicine but of now help. This symptoms are coming and going from last 4-5 months

I have a hurting ulcer inside my mouth from last 3 days. now i cant even eat or drink. which type of doctor should i go to. and are there any in general medicines which i can buy from chemist?

I am having mild toothache on both sides of the jaw. I have been suffering from this since last 1 week. I visited a denstist. She said its due to the misalignment of the wisdom tooth and need to get them removed but I doubt that its only due to that because the pain in distributed from premolars to molars and not concentrated only on the wisdom tooth. I am afraid of losing wisdom tooth. Genuine help required.
