It's been year after the braces are removed. The retainers that are fixed behind the teeth got removed. This has led to the gap. Will this lead the teeth to come forward

Hi my name is Emily and the other day I bought cough drops at CVS for my sore throat, and now my lower lip on the left side of my mouth is inflamed in the inside and swollen. It has been there for 3 days now since I took the cough drop, and now it has developed white on top and is starting to become painful to the touch.

Which flap surgery is recommended - manual or laser? Will it cause future teeth problems due to flap surgery.What is the alternative to flap surgery? Will the flap surgery affect the already root canalled tooth.

Blood comes out when I suck normally for both upper and lower sides in front. On the back side of the lower jaw the bleeding is less but the gums are slowly getting detached on the back side of the two front teeth and it's also paining. The pain is increasing slowly. I was an occasional smoker earlier but from the past few weeks I am not smoking. Please suggest something to heal the pain and stop bleeding.
