Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have 1 teeth on my right side which is completely black and in another teeth I have a part broken. Last time when I visited a dentist she suggested me to remove both of them. That time she prescribed antibiotics course to reduce the pain. I am still to remove these 2 teeth's. I am now having pain again at the same place from afternoon.

I want to how much root canal will cost as I have cavity in my teeth and is it necessary to attach tooth cap after root canal

I wore braces for a year. During that period , when 9 months had got over , some smell started coming.. After 3 months i removed the braces .. I used tongue scrapper , mouthwash for 3 weeks now continuously. Still i feel like no change. I visited a dentist he told me that bacteria got accumulated in the 1 year period of braces and it will take 1 month or so to get rid of bad breath. Please help!
