Consultation with the Pediatric Dentist is mandatory. 3yrs old baby upper teeth damaged means we have to check the feeding habits. This might be the manifestation of Night time bottle fed when the baby was younger. Now we have to check clinically and then only we can decide whether we can arrest the caries or we have to remove the caries in Chair side or general anesthesia. Kindly get a Child dental visit
