There might be delay in eruption of teeth depending on multiple factor like diet, hereditary, nutrition deficiency.
Wait for a while and consult your dentist if needed.
The gap present will be closed as in when the permanent teeth starts to erupt

Assist the child in brushing properly using any kids tooth paste. The colour of the new permanent teeth ofcourse changes from the old milk teeth.
Gaps are normal till all new teeth erupt.
Don't worry. It gets closed after all the front teeth enter the mouth.

The gap will be automatically close after eruption of all permanent teeth at 12 yrs of age.

When permanent dentition is errupting , having Mal aligned teeth is normal. Please consult a dentist physically in order to know what can be done as a dentist can tell you post consultation if your child would require braces or not and if yes , various treatment options can be suggested to you accordingly ( if needed)
