Toothache and severe pain
I am having toothache from a while and my doctor has asked me to go for RCT. But because of my exams I won't be able to go for sittings really soon. Is it advisable to eat pain killers for long?

Obviously Its not advisable to take painkillers for long time. Spare some time ( at least 45 min. ) from your reading schedule and go to dentist and finish the first sitting, your pain will get relieved from that. than you can go for further sittings after your exams.
Health Tips
Think if you do not go for treatment and at the day of exam if it got worsen? so I advise you to start your treatment.

No, it is not advisable to be on painkiller for long. Also as the infection is there, it will worsen and the pain will also worsen. Instead go for the first sitting of root canal, the dentist will remove the infection and put a medicated dressing which will give you some relief during your exams.

No.. Atleast take 1st sitting of RCT.. your pain will go away and once you are finished with your exams, get your RCT completed...
Health Tips
if pain may aggravate during exams , it will be more problematic to you... don't chew hard food on rct site untill you get your rct completed...
