Tooth and Mouth Problems

There's a hole already on one off my tooths ,Im thinking to have it extracted or if still can be save.

I have been experiencing blood from gums since the time i have got Root canal done. Whenever i brush there is a blood from gums from new place everyday

I have a dark red lump under my tongue. It comes up and down occasionally. It's quite large but doesn't hurt. What might this be?

I have mouth blisters. On lower lips frequency of recurring is fast. In mouth some other place also it happens but frequency and size both are less compare to lower lip. They start growing and burst within 24 hours. Lower lip size grows till 1-2 cm. They are usually painless but lower lip sometime pains when it grows. They are transparent and with sometime small red dot within. Lower lip now after bursting sometime skin will come out and will pain. Please let me know whom to consult.

There is swelling only on the left side and still remaining numbness in the lower left lips. Not seen on the right side.

Every time I eat chicken or egg, the area in my decayed tooth swells and has a pus in the gums.

Need recommendations on the crown material. I have to go under a root canal for a single tooth, lower jaw located on the back side. My dentist recommended me a porcelain crown over the metal one but I am finding it a bit costly. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am having tooth ache which is decayed n half cut automatically while eating. Pain comes when ever body heat increases or no proper sleep... It's paining too much

Hii I have put three. New molar teeth before two and half month ago. My ist two or last teeth have a cap for supporting the new teeth but the last teeth have a cap made by Mattel.now it creat a pain what can I do
