I have very bad breath and often get a burning in my throat like a kind of acid reflux.

Hello, I have observed that a lump has formed on the rear part of the gum of my daughter. I am not able to understand that whether it is really a problem or just another teeth is coming up. I’m a 19y/o female. The level of alkaline phosphatase has increased in my blood. It counts for 488 IU/L. I had a Urinary Tract Infection for six months, and now that has been cured. I’m taking medicines to control the alkaline phosphatase levels in my blood. The medication lasts for 60 days. What must have caused the rise? And after how long can I start having alcohol?

I am having pain in my last molar or left side. I visited my local dentist and he suggest me for an opg. After showing him my reports he told me that i m having an horizontal infected wisidom teeth that is causing pain but few months ago i had rct of the same tooth in which i m having pain and an ankther doctor told me that the rct is not performed well. Now i am feeling that the pain is because my bad rct but not because of wisidom teeth because i have pain in only the last molar not in back of the mouth and it is in molar not in gums or roots plz help me what should i do.
