Tooth and Mouth Problems

I was speaking good without any stammering problem for many years. But recently, due to anxiety issues, I feel difficult to speak to certain people. I am not able to speak up confidently because of stammering. Stammering increases my anxiety. I find no way to get rid of this.

If a lady of the age about 60 is suffering from a periodontal disease for a long time (almost 30 years) and gums have also weakened. Now swelling in gums often occurs. What are some good treatments at this stage?

During toothache, i used clove oil to numb the pain. later i found i am getting sore tongue and three mouth ulcer. basically because of using pure clove oil only. i should have mixed it up with some other oil. but now i am suffering from sore tongue and three mouth ulcers not on gums but on backside of my lips. currently using ice and somogel as treatment. any home treatment or medicine? i feel difficulty to eat now. how much time will it take to go? thank you.
