Tooth and Mouth Problems

I've had red bumps on the back of my tongue, tiny we red dots on the front and the rest of the tongue has a white coating its been there for at least two months, i have seen my doctor he gave me an antibiotic mouthwash and stomach acid tablets for a reason I don't know why and they didn't work obviously, but I'm just basically wondering what this could be.

I have RBC:- 4.48, MCH:-32.8, monocytes:-0.07, all remaining are in normal range. I am having recrrunt Apthous ulcer in mouth along with tongue and very sensitive mouth. What can be diagnosis? It can be onset of macrocytic animia?

I have one misaligned left upper central incisor. I need to know the process of treatment i.e dental braces required or not, time, cost etc.

My gums look like they are receding. I am not in pain but they look lower than my other gums.

For the past few days i’ve experienced symptoms of angular cheilitis and i think it might be and i was curious is topical creams like lotrimin are safe to use?

Actually some rashes i found over my tongue from last 4 to five days it cant be resolved which i expected but it is not happening and some red point also coming out there so can i do

White bumps or pimple like thing inside the mouth around the cheek area. Its been there for abt 3 weeks now Now it's showing in both sides of mouth Should I be worried? Is it cancer or leukoplakia or something

I am having this problem where I need to breathe fully in order to be satisfied or else it feels like a suffocation feeling in my neck and breathing all the way deeply is very hard to do. it makes me feel very uncomfortable

I have this(attachment) wound kind of thing (don't know what to call this) inside lower lip I don't remember biting my lip. It is painful and it not healing. There is no swelling of the lip or any bleeding, having this from past 1 week. I have attached couple of images can you figure it out what's the cause or which specialist can help me.
