Tooth and Mouth Problems

I want to get the crowning done for one my molar teeths. I had done RCT couple of years back. As I was wearing braces that time I couldn’t get the crowing done. Also, I have pacemaker implanted. Is it anything to do with RCT? Recently, I consulted a dentist and I was told even the refilling need to be done before crowning. I could get it done only in the hospital environment as I have packemaker implanted. I checked with the nearby hospitals and there are no much experienced dentists. Pl advise.

I have severe tooth pain caused from wisdom tooth and the tooth immediately next to it. Today i have been taking paracetamol with codeine and ibuprofen, it is doing very little to ease the pain. I have a dentist appointment tomorrow. I'm wondering if i can take phenergan tonight with these other medications to try to get some sleep.

I was been having mouth ulcers since past 15 days. Now that finally they are getting under control i have started getting them on my jaws and lower in my food pipe also .

My left tonsil has been swollen for 6 months. I have no symptoms. I went to the doctor about 3 months ago and he told me it looked normal color and wasent bad looking. I got tested for streap throat it came back negative. it has became smaller in the last 3 months but it is still slightly swollen . Should I be worried ?

I have a gap between my tooth so is that possible to fill those gaps and if can be done than how long that treatment last.
