Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hole in the last teeth of lower right side. pain radiates to jaw and ear. what should be done.either remove or filling

I think my wisdom tooth is coming in my upper side of tooth and one hole is create after the end of the teeth and I have a heavy pain before 5 days and everyday in evening fever is coming approx at 7pm but I don't know if wisdom tooth is coming hole is created please tell me doctor it is a wisdom tooth problem symptoms or something else please don't charge me for fee please give me a free advice.I'll be very thankful to you please tell me what is the actual problem.

Dr. Advised opg .One tooth found fully pus and bone loss .And nearby that ,2 tooth got affected slightly so ,one tooth was removed but the slightly affected was done Root canal treatment now they are saying crown for those 2 tooth .Is it compulsory to get it ?

Just want to know how painful the process will be and how long the pain will last and what precautions need to be taken for the period or duration of the treatment.

I had braces when I was 13 years old for a year. After that I was given retainers to wear at night. But about 1.5 yrs back, I visited another dentist who said I can stop wearing retainers. But since I stopped, my upper jaw teeth are protruding again and the dentist said I have overbite and it cannot be corrected at my age as its too late. So now again I'm wearing retainers at night so that it doesnt worsen. Is there any treatment for overbite at my age? I have gaps between my teeth which looks bad, so is there anything we can do about that?

Does pacemaker implanted has influence on RCT? Does it have to be done in hospital environment and not in clinics?
