Tooth and Mouth Problems

Kindly advise on tooth 24 ( which reported secondary caries) and tooth 25 (rct done by endontist in month of October 2023.

WHICH TOOTHPASTE IS GOOD FOR 2YEAR 1 MONTH BABY TO BE USED. PLS MENTION NAMES. And HOW MANY TIMES TO BRUSH. ALSO MENTION TOOTHBRUSH BRAND.

7-8 months back I had RCT on one tooth but my doctor patiently treated by tooth and closed the RCT after 10-15 sitting But I was feeling discomfort for many days afterwards as well. I could see blood in toothpaste, I used to fill pull in gum area. Also it doesn't hurt much but when the teeth is pressed it hurts. I feel discomfort in that area. I went to the doctor again he did x ray. In xray nothing came but he saw leakage in the cap as I was having sensitivity issues as well. He has done permanent filling on the leakage areas (all sides of the cap has permanent filling) The sensitivity has gone now but I still feel irritated in that area. Currently I apply gum paint and do salt gargles. Please help we what to do what could be a cause of this?

I have been suffering from yellow teeth due to chewing of gutka , often faces bleeding gums after brushing my teeth. Kindly suggest the remedy for cleaning the teeth.
