Even after one month of removal ..I could feel like a hard lump around where the teeth removed ..may be 1 cm ...what is it ..but no pain

My dentist advised me for a wisdom teeth extraction is it really painful ? I fear from dentists since childhood and would it be normal to tell about my fears to him .

My mother  currently bed ridden 79 year old diabetic patient is found to have attached picture like formation on right side below her tooth .what could be that?She has UTI and was given antibiotic for a day only as her gas. Hi I had a RCT last year in July and the doctor performed the RCT and put a filling there.Now the filling came out 2 days before and I have pain when chewing and food particles are also getting stuck.Do I need to get re RCT?

Approximately how many months are needed for the TMJ Splint? After it reduces and cures the problem, does the problem come back after you stop wearing it? Also, does it cause any irreversible changes in your teeth alignment which has to be corrected later? What is the average cost of a hard TMJ splint in India? Also, is it very tight and uncomfortable to wear all day?
