Tooth and Mouth Problems

I got a small ulcer mid of tounge last 3 to 4 month ago and that is still there i thought it's because of food or stomach problem,so i control on my fooding but this ulser is still there,due to my job (merchant navy)i can't visit doctor now .kindly suggest what should i do till the time im onboard and also reason of this ulcer . Thanks in advance .

Hi..I am having pain and swelling in my right corner tooth or wisdom tooth it faces towards the wall of my mouth and very difficult to see or reach and foul smelling is also coming whenever I try to touch on the tooth. Is it any infection ?

I have done with root canal of my teeth still the teeth pains doctor cant recognize the problem and i am taking keterol dt n still its paining which medicine should i take ??

Thanks for consulting me Dr. MA Baig Deshmukh mine 7th right back tooth of lower jaw has gone through RCT around 14-16 months from few months back tooth started hurting and taken care by antibiotics . Mine doctor has said no for capping because of no support available around since tooth is decayed too much so he recommended me for complete removal of it.
