I have one premolar over my canine how to get it fixed because it looks very ugly when I laugh in front of anyone.

This is due to irregular arrangement of teeth. This can be corrected by ortho ( braces) treatment. Rest plan of treatment can be decided after clinically checking your teeth. Normally the duration pf treatment is 8-10months.
