Pain in premolar teeth
I have been having a pain in premolar teeth, from last two or three day I feel an acute pain in my left side premolar teeth

Considering your symptoms it seems like you may need a root canal. So I would advise you to go to your dentist as soon as possible. Pain killers would only give you temporary relief.
