Wisdom teeth removal is the best option for removal of there cavity? If no then by cleaning of wisdom teeth cavity can permanently remove?

Depends on the position of the tooth and how deep the cavity is. If not fully erupted or if the cavity is very deep removal may be a better option

Rather than doing a cavity removal is preferable But if the tooth has completely erupted and the cavity is not too deep then should be filled up But If the tooth is angular not visible and not completely erupted then it's better to remove it
