I've very frequent ulcer on the back side of my tongue and it is on a same place everytime .how can I get relief from this?

My lower jaw teeth is roten from inner side and now it is paining a lot. Even my gums are swollen due to which my left cheek is swollen too. I am taking high dose anti biotic from 2 days but I am In still severe pain . I am taking Novidat antibiotic but still in pain Tell me what to doo.

Can I get a cold sore from sharing a tooth brush with a person that had it about 10 years ago. I accidentally used the wrong tooth brush. It was dry it that makes it any better.
