Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have pain in the left side of the lower jaw n swelling in jaw last side of the teeth . If I open mouth widely I feel sound is coming like tick tick. I have the pain from past 6 days.

Did lower jaw cavity filling on saturday But facing too much sensivity after that Having difficulties in eating

I got my lower right last molar removed today. I have got stiches as doctor told me that he rubbed the bone. Should i try to speak now. It has been 6 hours after the surgery. And also i am feeling slighly constant pain in the same region. Plus i feel a bit bloody taste. Is it normal?

I have tonsil stones appearing every 3-4 days.. I have it from a long time. N I keep removing it. It was more before like everyday noe it's reduced. What is the treatment for tonsil stones and whom shd I consult?

I have white patches in my mouth.They are in the inner cheek of my mouth.I have consulted a general physician and an ENT specialist.Both doctor tell me that there’s nothing to worry and the problem is not serious but they were not able to cure it. With medication those blisters fade away but the minute i eat spicy food,they tend to come back.I dont have any bad habits like like chewing or smoking tobacco,I drink alcohol but only once in a month.kindly let me know which doctor should I consider?
