If you aren’t allergic to any medications apart from sulpha drugs, take Ketorol D.T. 10 mg tablet dispersed in water for instant relief. However this is only a temporary solution and you need to visit a dentist for a permanent pain relief. From your description it seems like you might have dentinal hypersensitivity cos of enamel abrasion/erosion or else a caries extending into the pulp of your tooth.
