I have a bleeding gum problem from some days also feeling sensitivity and gaping in my front teeth.please advice.

Hi, I'am 24 yrs old female. I have problem regarding alignment of my teeth. My both premolars in the upper jaw is not properly aligned (is placed slightly above the normal alignment). I have no gaps in between as such. All teeth in lower jaw are placed very closed to each other. Please suggest me an optimal solution. And also let me know how much it costs.. pls help.
