Teeth pain and sensitivity
I had done teeth filing of 4 teeths 20 day back. Out of 4 teeth in one I have little pain and sensitivity after 1 week of service. Can u plz suggest what is the problem and what I should do.

As I’ve read opinions of other dentists, a deep cavity near to the pulp might be one reason. But sometimes a hollowness in the fillings also lead to pain and sensitivity. If composite fillings is done, get it removed and go for a change in filling material also. This can resolve the problem.

Hi may b that tooth is quiet near to pulp.. so it’s hurting u.. r else if it’s composite restoration .. get a sandwich technique restoration.. with a layer of gic ..

Hi,I think the cavity must be deep enough to touch the pulpal or nerve portion of the tooth,so get an X-ray done of the tooth involved and consult a dentist asap,,the tooth may need a root canal filling which again is a deeper restoration of the tooth followed by a crown.
