Hi, Teeth of my 5 year old kid is totally in bad shape and seeing 1 swollen gum like pus in upper tooth. He is not having pain. Not sure what to do about his teeth

What should I do to get more whitened teeth ? I have already undergone teeth cleaning

Hi doctor im just urjing the answer.Please help me with it im 20 years old,I have a habit of using cool lip(tobacco) since two years.I din't even realized that i've got addicted only then i tried stopping using it.
