Tooth and Mouth Problems

RCT was done in tooth 8, later extracted as pain existed. This was 9 month back. The pain still exist. Is there any issue as per the attached x-ray, this is recent 20 days back. Consulted 4 to 5 doctors said no problem with tooth and x-ray is fine. Took consultation in Maulana azad, they suspect pus as per x-ray or small remains of RCT material.

My teeth are not in good shape at all im 28 year old.. Can these problems slove or nor

My daughter is 14 months. I could see her first teeth peeping when she was 11.5 months. Now she has 2 lower front teeths and one upper front teeth peeping out. One of my colleague said this is very slow growth, she might have calcium deficiency. She doesn't drinks outside milk, I am trying since she was 9 month to give her formula/cow milk/ full cream. She just doesn't takes it however she is breastfeed on demand. She eats small quantity of yogurt with food and takes bread soaked in whole milk daily. Can she have calcium deficiency? Or this type of teeth growth is normal.
