I have teeth gaps in between canines, lateral incisors, and central incisors of upper row of teeth. Also, the gaping Bw canines and lateral incisors are very wide. But the lower set of teeth r quite well, only minor gape bw c incisors and whole lowerJaw is little bit forward than the upper one. I also consulted an orthodentist, he suggest me to prefer prosthetic treatment, bcoz of smal sizs of teeth. Plz tell me which is better and long lasting.... Help me to smile perfectly and permanently..

Usually gaps between your teeth are closed using orthodontic braces but if there is discrepancy of tooth size (microdontia affecting your laterals) as you are suggesting it is better to go for crown build up of these affected teeth.

Usualy for this kind of situation at ur age we have both the options
Orthodontic treatment or prosthetic
Orthodontic is better as u said ur teeth are proclaimed also but ortho treatment won’t change the size n shape of your teeth . It will just close the gaps and take your teeth backwards if they are proclaimed
On clinical analysis we can guide you better if you really need any change in the size of your teeth necks if that is not required orthodontic treatment should be the best
