Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am getting my wisdom tooth ache and am not able to open my mouth fully. I also have cavities in the adjoining teeth ..i also observed swelling in the jaw line for a couple of days but it’s normal.its been 5 days .Is it normal or I should see a doctor?

It Been 3 months bump on roof of mouth still there no change in size went to 4 dentist,not satisfied,no pain in bump,sometime bump flatten sometime swell ,please see the pic and tell me about abnormalities

I got a Monroe piercing Saturday night around 8. By Monday morning it was abnormally swollen, hot to the touch, throbbing, very painful. I went to the shop they said it definitely needed to come out because it was infected. Some discharge when removed. The next morning the swelling was considerably better however the pain is still severe and on the outside as well as hot and throbbing. You can feel there is a hard knot of infection. I am having some tenderness outside the swollen area.

I believe my wisdom tooth is breaking out. It's not painful but the muscles in my inner cheek, right next to wisdom tooth is torn. Like to adapt the new tooth. This is painful and I can't open my mouth very wide. Please suggest a solution.

Can't I keep the wisdom tooth?? Do I HAVE to remove it? Because I might have to remove some other teeth too

Hi, Can gum be pushed in downward direction. It is lifted in upward direction. She already got braces set few years back but her tooth got lifted in upward direction from corner. Pls suggest. Please find attached picture of mouth. Thanks!
