Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi doctor,. My daughter is just 3 year old and her tooth is chipping away. My wife's delivery had been normal and completely nutritional. Can we consult you as I need to find suitable solution for now, resolution for future permanent teeth and need to check if this issue doesn't impact her body structure like bones etc in future. Need your opinion and guidance. Regards

I have some swelling under and outer only in my upper side of gums and bleeds when sucked. Please tell me the serious intensity is this. There is no pain just swelling and bleeds when sucked.

My dentist said nothing can be done for wisdom toothache in pregnency( i m 6 weeks pregnent) .it seems like something has been stuck into my tooth till my throat. Its radial pain in tooth and throat..this does not seem fair to not having permanent solution for pain in pregnency..it feels like a punishment to not be able to receive proper medication for pain due to pregnency. I think there should be some medicine which could help me .all dentists ask to consult gyn who only recommends pain killer

Already consulted dentist and taken amoxylin for 3 days( twice in day) along with paracetamol. It did not work.
