Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi. My dentist has suggested me to get teeth cleaning done. I've done this one month ago from another dentist. He said there's still calculus remaining which might weaken gums. Is it safe to get the cleaning done again? Please help.

What will happen to the infected molar, if cavities are removed, but no RCT is done? Let's say we put the light cured composite in the space on cavities removed. Please explain how one can get pain with this?

RCT was done on my 2nd lower molar but pain aroused after 5-6 weeks due to wrong capping. The cap was removed and pain was relieved. Since then I had no cap on my tooth. It's been 10-11 months. But for last few weeks I can feel pain on an interval of 4-5 days which goes by brushing. Do I need to extract my tooth, which I don't want or a re-RCT can be done. Thanks

I have a cavity in my upper right last teeth, since the teeth is very small and i had cavity filling treatment twice. Now i have noticed a little spot when i touched my tongue to that teeth. For now i am not feeling pain and sensitivity, but i am sure it will be there very soon, now i dont want to remove that tooth, what will be the procedure to cure it.

Hi Anamika. Suddenly I have started feeling pain in my second premolar (upper premolar). I am not sure of the reason. It looks in a good condition from the naked eye. I have stopped chewing from that side as it is painful. Even if I chew than also I don't do it with full power.  Can you suggest if I should make a visit to your clinic or there is any other work around to this? Appreciate your response. Hi Doctor, I am having tooth swelling since week.. that DON'T even hurting or bleeding or paining.. What medicines shall I prefer to reduce the swelling?

My son 8 yrs old has premolar tooth broken from one side (I suspect broken due to cavity) and bleeding from root 2-3 times a day. Shall I remove this tooth? I am wanting to remove the tooth rather than any other cosmetic treatment. Some dentists suggest for root canal and I am not sure for a child I should go for it. As per some dentists gap from the removal of this tooth will be taken over by other nearby teeth. Is it correct? Thanks for your valuable suggestion.
