Tooth and Mouth Problems

My daughter is 14 months. I could see her first teeth peeping when she was 11.5 months. Now she has 2 lower front teeths and one upper front teeth peeping out. One of my colleague said this is very slow growth, she might have calcium deficiency. She doesn't drinks outside milk, I am trying since she was 9 month to give her formula/cow milk/ full cream. She just doesn't takes it however she is breastfeed on demand. She eats small quantity of yogurt with food and takes bread soaked in whole milk daily. Can she have calcium deficiency? Or this type of teeth growth is normal.

I have prolem in my tooth.. And after visit to my dr. They reccomend me chlrehexidine mouthwash but the problem is tha inswallowed the mixture... So can you tell me What to do if I swallowed about 5ml chlorhexidine mouthwash IP fresh-m.... Is there any problem...?

Off lately we have noticed side tooth of my daughter infected with cavities. What would be the best solution for treatment of cavities ? I don't want the cavities to spread to other tooth.
