I have to missing tooth and now I wanna fill it with one of the two ways bridge or implants pls let me know the best one with costs

Hey,I have few broken tooth wall which needs to be fixed as well as an wisdom tooth extraction. I have this condition for more than a year. I am having black spots on my tongue Suddenly it started appearing on my tongue after i completed my antibiotic course for 20 days Now its been a month and the spots are still there

Swelling moderate inside mouth areas, inner cheeks, tongue etc. Also near jaw swelling, especially after eating slightly heavy food or consuming alcohol (very rarely), a short duration pain which lasts abt 2mins. Also swelling of lymph nodes is armpit noticed. Are these connected. Which specialist should I show it to first ?

I have shown it to the dentist and was advised to leave that untill.it do not give any problem.. I feel awkward around that area may be because I m Conscious.  Can I leave it? And what precautions can I follow?
