My 15+ son have problem in teeth no 6 of right side dr suggested to remove it as infection is presisting on and off whether he takes antibiotic or not one dr is saying won't do implant before 18yr but another is saying hw will implant on the spot otherwise other teeth will not grow in right direction we r totally confused pls sugest what to do we r confused

yes we can go ahead with implant...it is not contraindicated...but infection should subside...temporary crown will be placed and should be changed periodically untill the growth is complete....once the growth is complete, a definitive crown should be fixed...

Cannot do implants till growth is complete. Wait. Also could you share the Xray. It might be possible to save the tooth and you may not need an implant at all. Please consult me privately with an x-ray of the said tooth.
