Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am a 20-year-old girl and I have a decayed tooth. It is in its initial stages and my dentists have called me for a treatment procedure in the next few days. This is really scary and I want to be more careful now. How can one stop tooth decay once it has started? What can I do in order to maintain better dental and oral hygiene?

Today morning I was coughing up bright red blood and then instantly felt nausea and almost fainted. Can someone please tell me what should I do? I am only a 14-years old girl and my parents aren’t home. I don’t engage in drugs, nicotine or alcohol. I require urgent help from a medical practitioner so please give me useful inputs.

Hi. My brother is 6-years old and he coughed up a lot of blood today morning. Our parents or elder siblings are out of town and I’m worried for his well-being.
