Tooth and Mouth Problems

Want opinion regarding back upper jaw teeth. RCT treatment for salvaging teeth can not be of much help. Any other option as tooth is sensitive in nature. Pulp is damaged as per x-ray investigation. I don't want to go for extraction. Any other way out any suggestions.

Sir / Madam, I am suffering from TMJ problem from last 5 years. My Right TMJ anterior disc has been displaced with reduction. I am suffering from severe pain from last 5 years , because of which my life has become hell. I have already taken so many medicines. Now I don't want to take anymore. What can be the permanent solution for this ? Can this disc be placed again at correct place through operation ? Is operation , a good choice ? Is it risky ? Please help me out.
